This is my first Fan Fiction ever, so pleeeez take it easy on me! I don’t own CCS so don’t sue me >_< Well I’m gonna rate this poem PG or T for Teens cause it has a little violence in it. Well here it goes... wish me luck!!!! By the way this is placed after the final judgement when the new tranfer student (Eli) shows up.

As always, it was a gorguos morning in Tomeoda. Pink, blue and purple colored the sky like a giant water color painting. At the rising sun, the birds woke, and left there nest singing thier morning songs. It was six o’clock in the morning when Touya awoke to the sounds of singing birds... and the annoying beep of the dreaded alarm clock. He sat up and stretched. He reached to turn off the alarm clock when his eyes landed on the window. He flung his blanket aside and walked to the window.
“Hmmmmmmmm” he said with a doubtful face. “Something is wrong here,” he said as he stared at the beauty which most people would sigh at, Touya had a bad feeling about today like something bad was gonna happen... “TOUYA!!!! Your breakfast will be ready soon. Better hurry so you won’t be late for your new job at the amusment park.” Mr. Fujitaka called from the bottom of the stairs.
“Joy...” murmered Touya distracted from the sense, left the window to take a shower. He grabbed his towel and started down the hall. On his way he passed his sisters door. Out of curiosity he put his ear to the door... low murmers could be heard from behind the door and instinctively he slowly pushed it open.
Sunlight filtered the blinds over the windows and everything seemed in its place... except the bed. The sheet had been pulled off and was lying on the floor. The blanket was down on the opposite side of the bed and there was Sakura. Still sleeping, she tossed and turned, her usaully neat auburn hair was messy and strewn in all directions over the pillow and her eyes shut tightly as if in pain. Touya couldn’t help feeling sorry for her. He tip-toed over to the side of her bed whispering “Sakura, Sakura? Are you okay?”
He didn’t get any answer. He was about to wake her up when he heard: “Who... who are you?” Touya’s breath stopped as he listened to his sister talking in her sleep.
“Am I supposed to know you? ... Why are you doing this? Who are you.......?” and with that Sakura started to cry and toss and turn violently.
“Sakura!!! wake up!!!” Touya woriedly grabbed her shoulders and shook her gently. Sakura struggled for a few seconds before she realized what was going on. Her gorgeous emerald, tear-filled eyes flew open in response. “Are you okay, Sakura!??!” Touya half shouted. Sakura just sat there stunned... she had woke up to crying with her brother shaking her. “Onii-chan?” she questioned him as a pair of worrried chocolate colored eyes staired into hers.
“Are you okay?” Touya repeated. “You were mumbling and crying in your sleep... is there something you want to tell me?”
“Ugh.... I...... ummmm.”
“Beep... Beep... Beep,” went Sakura’s alarm clock. It read six thirty. Touya looked at the clock and stood up from his kneeling position beside his sisters bed.
“Well I have to go take a shower before work... are you sure your okay?” Touya asked in have worry and have anxious.
“Oh ya, I... I am fine Onii-chan... Really, don’t worry.” she added at her brothers worried glance. Then she let out a I’m-not-fine-but-I’ll-be-okay laugh. Touya must have bought it because he walked out of the room and shut the door quietly.
“Phewwww!!!” Sakura sighed and hopped out of bed shutting off her alarm clock, then she found herself staring at her desk. What was my dream about...? I can’t even remember now.... Was I really crying in my sleep...? Sakura thought to herself. Then wiping off her sleep-filled eyes with the sleeve of jer pajamas. She hopped out of bed and looked at her digital clock.
“OH MY GOD I’M GONNA BE LATE!!!!” she said as she opened her blinds and flew over to her closet to pick something to wear.
“What are you going on about?” came a voice from inside the bottom drawer of Sakura’s desk.
“I told Madison that I would meet her and Li, Chelsea, Nikki, Zackery, and Rika at the gates of the amusement park at eight o’clock so that us and the gang can spend the day together. The bottom drawer slowly pushed open and the head of a small stuffed animal appeared rubbing his sleepy eyes and yawning.
“Eight o’clock... why did you agree to that? You know you’re late for everything especailly that early.” he reasoned.
“Well Kero, we wanna get there before it gets to crowded, and plus it means the more time we can spend together today.” Sakura shot back pulling down a cherry-blossom colored dress. “This is perfect!!!” she cried, and went to get changed.
~*~*~*~A Half an Hour Later~*~*~*~
“Don’t go too fast now!” Mr. Kinomoto called after his daughter as she flew down the street on her roller blades.
“But im late dad!!!” Sakura shouted back at him.
“Go slow anyway!!”
“Okay fine!!!” Sakura slowed down a little and watched her father return into the house. Seeing her father was gone Sakura sped up once more and rounded a corner. It was now seven forty-five, fifteen more minutes before Sakura would be late. Touya gazed at his sister’s figure disappear behind a corner.
“Be careful... little sister...”
“Please let me get there on time!!!” Sakura pleaded. She rounded a few more corners when a fimiliar figure came into view. “Hi Yukito-san!!” Sakura cried, her angelic emerald eyes sparkled and her sunkissed auburn hair flew back behind her as she atempted to stop.
“Hello Sakura, your up and about early this morning.” Yukito replied cheerfully.
Sakura tried to stop but one of her wheels got caught in a crack in the pavement and she started to fall. With lightning fast speed Yukito dropped the bag of groceries he had been carrying and grabbed her before she fell.
“Are you okay?” He asked worriedly.
“Oh... um yes... Thank you, Yukita-san!” she doubted that Yuki would not notice the blush that was spreading across her face. Yuki helped her up and bent down to pick up the groceries that had fallen. Sakura too bent down and helped him.
“Sorry Yukito-san,” Sakura apologized after all of the things were picked up.
“Thats okay, hey why are you out so early?” He asked.
“OHHHHHH NOOOOOOO! I’m gonna be late, sorry I’ve got to go, Yukito-san, gooddbye!!!” and with that Sakura flew down the street and around the corner. A few more corners and I am gonna be late now!!! helping Yukito-san set me back...but I could just leave without helping right? Sakura panicked to herself.
After she rounded a few more corners she saw the gates of the Tomeoda amusment park. And in front stood six fimiliar faces. “Hey, here comes Sakura!!!” A female voice cried. As Sakura neared the gates she was able to identify all of them. Nikki who was wearing some kaki shorts and a light blue t-shirt. Rita who wore a pink tanktop and mathching skirt, Chelsea who wore a yellow sundress and finally Madison who wore an amethyst colored sundress which accented her beautiful amethyst colored eyes.
“Hey Sakura, you’re just on time.” Madison giggled when Sakura came to a stop in front of her, panting like a dog. When Sakura regained her breath she asked, "Where is Li and Zachery?”
“That’s what I want to know,” said Chelsea angrilly.
“They haven’t shown up yet,” Rita said.
“You are the one who is usaully late Sakura,” Niki laughed.
Well I’m not late... It feels good to be on time for once ^__^
“Speaking of late, here they come now,” Madison pointed to a side streat. two boys could be seen racing down the street. One had blazing amber eyes and dark chestnut hair and of course that is Li Showron. The other boy had dark black hair but when the sun hit it, it was almost blue, and that is Zachery, Chelsea’s cousin. (A/N: POOR CHELSEA TEE HEE HEE) The two boys came to a screaming halt in front of them, each one panting just as Sakura had when she arrived.
“Hey guys, when Sakura arrives before you, you know you’re late!” Joked Madison. Everyone except for Li, Zachery, and Sakura burst out laughing. Niki spotted Sakura’s hurt look.
“Don’t worry Sakura we were just joking with you,” she reasured.
“Thats okay, Nikki.” It’s not my fault that I overslept, but I’m used to it... She thought. Then for some reason she looked at Li, and noticed Li was staring at her!!!
“Li, are you okay?” Sakura said, cocerned for her friend. In fact Li had been her friend since grade five, and had helped her capture the Clow Cards. I almost laugh at all the times Li, Meilin and Kero used to fight and be so competitive all of the time... they seem to get along now.
“Um..... oh y-ya, of c-course I am.” Li stammered, his face went as red as the red balloons tied to the gates. Li stammers a lot lately... I wonder why? she thought. “Well, are we gonna stand around and chat all day or are we gonna have some fun!” Madison asked as she stepped up to the ticket booth beside the gates and paid for her ticket.
“I’m with you Madison!” Sakura chimed in with a sing-song voice.
“Me too!!”
“Me three!!”
“Wait for me!!” the others replied as they scrambled up to the booth.
After everyone had gotten tickets they took them to the gate keeper who let them in. There weren’t many people but the group thought it was a little crowded. The fair was filled with colored booths and rides of all shapes and sizes and ocaisionally they could hear the screams of peole on the rides . Colored banners, signs, and and flags decorated everything and the smell of food and the sweet smell of candy and flowers filled the air. It was beautiful.
“Hey Sakura,” Nikki asked “did you invite the new kid... Eli... I think his name was.”
At hearing that name Li flinched.
“Ya but he couldn’t make it,” Sakura replied sadly.
Good that Eli won’t be here... I just don’t trust that guy......
~*~*~*~*~*~Flashback~*~*~*~*~*~
Eli: Are you hiding or did you get stuck up there?
[Li is in a tree]
Li: Oh it’s you...
Eli: I think that Sakura and you and me will be friends in the near future, don’t you, Li?
Li: Ya whatever...
Eli: I can see that you’ve been trying to protect her... or is it something that she has.
[Li looks shocked.]
Eli: Better watch your step Li... HeHeHe
~*~*~*~*~*~End of flashback~*~*~*~*~*~
“Li... Li, are you okay? You’ve been tuned out for the last ten minutes; you wouldn’t even answer me?” Sakura’s worried voice broke through Li’s thoughts.
“Oh um... yep... I’m okay...” He stammered.
“You sure because you were looking a little sick a minute ago..” Zachery said, patting Li on the back.
“I told you i’m fine,” Li said aggitated...
There was a long silence.
“Hey, why don’t we play some games first, and then we’ll go on the rides.” Chimed Sakura, eager to get on with the days festivities. “Ya okay lets go!!” Chelsea agreed and after that everyone rushed past Li, except for Madison who stood in front of Li.
“You know this would be a good time to tell Sakura, Li.” She advised. “But I... um.......” Li stammered.
“Well, come on. Let’s have some fun!!!” Madison yelled and with that she grabbed his wrist and dragged him along the rows of game booths until they found the one Zack and Chelsea were at. Zachery was trying to throw a ball to knock over the bottles to win a stuffie.
First try: Miss
Second try: Miss
Third try: HIT!!!
The bottles toppled over and the cheerful looking man on the other side handed Zach a big cat stuffie. Zach turned around and presented it to Chelsea.
“Awwe, for me thanks, cuz!!” and gave him a great big hug. Li looked around trying to spot Sakura. AN: I WONDER WHY? TEEHEEHEE
He finally spotted her at the ring toss game tossing big yellow rings over a peg to win a stuffed animal. Li snuck away from Madison and the others and joined her.
“Hey...” Li said nervously.
“Oh hi, Li,” Sakura replied showing him her best smile. Li blushed like crazy. Sakura turned around and threw her last ring over the peg. Miss.
“Oh well...” She said sort of discouraged.
Li reached into his pocket and paid for a game of the ring toss. “What are you doing Li?” Sakura asked, but he ignored and tossed his first ring. And since Li trained all the time his aim was really keen.

Li felt proud of himself as the person working the booth handed him a pink teddy wearing a kimono and holding a pink plastic fan.
Thinking of Zach and Chelsea, he turned around and handed it to Sakura. “You won it for me? Oh thank you, Li!!!” her emerald green eyes sparkled angelically, and like a mirror image of Zach and Chesea, Sakura gave him big bear hug. Li was blushing like mad.
Should I hug back or would that be tooo wierd... my arms feel paralyzed.....
“Ugh... no problem, Sakura.” Li said and then he looked to see if any one was looking. He spotted Madison, stood with Nikki, and Rita, eyed the scene and winked at him. His already intense blush got even worse. Finally, Sakura let go and said thank you one more time before seeing Madison and the others and walking to meet them. Li just stood there smiling to himself.
~*~*~In the Moon Mansion~*~*~
“Enjoy yourself while you can, Li. Its gonna be the last good time you’ll have in a while hehehehe.”
“What are yo gonna do, master?”
“You’ll see soon enough.”
~*~*~Tomoeda fair~*~*~
Li walked along the rows and rows of games and rides when someone called him from behind. He turned around to see Madison, Sakura, Nikki, Chelsea, Zach, and Rita walking towards them. Every one of them held a stuffie and in Rita’s case three.
“We’re done with the games now, Li. We’re gonna start riding the rides now, are you coming?” Madison asked.
“Ya...” He replied glumly... I’ve never been on an amusment park ride before... I wonder what it’s like? He thought. (A/N: I don’t know if Li has never been on a ride before so i made it up.)
“Lets all ride the.....ZIPPER!!!” Nikki chimed in pointing to a giant tower with seats people sit in on the sides.
Li watched it slowly elevate the people up and once they got to the top, drop down at about 100 miles per hour. Li went wide eyed and pale.
“UMMMM... why don’t we try something slower.” Sakura suggested. I hate scary rides... in fact I hate scary everything... maybe Li doesn’t like scary rides either... she thought.
“Li secretly was relieved when he heard Sakura suggest a smoother ride. “Okay well, how about the teacups?” Rita suggested, pointing to the giant teacups swirling in circles. “It’s a lot smoother than the zipper.” She added.
“Okay, let’s go!!” Sakura said holding her bear in the air. Once again everyone ran ahead of Li and Madison.
“You know she really loves that bear, Li.” She smiled.
“Ya.....”
“It would be good if you told her now, Li.”
“So....”
As Madison was going to pose and arguing statement Sakura appeared and pushed them towards the ride. They gave the man the tickets and stepped into a teacup and put on their seatbelts. In the first teacup was Rita, Nikki, Zach, and Chelsea. In the second was Sakura, Madison, and of course Li. Suddennly the ride gave a starting lurch as the teacups started moving round and round on the spot going faster and faster.
This is my first amusement park ride... I’ve never been on one before it feels weird... but I guess it’s because i was always stuck in training while all the other kids had fun. Even the kids who accidentily wandered in were afraid of me... or were nice because they had to be. I never thought about it but i geuss this is what being a normal kid feels like... for once i am not the heir apparent to the Li clan i am just a kid.....just a kid.......................
“Wheeeeeeee!” Sakura yelled which broke into Li’s thoughts once again. “Wahooooooooo!!” Shouted Madison over the screams and the noise of people on the other rides.
When the ride finally stopped, they all took off their seatbelts and stepped off onto the platform. Li alomost tripped when it was his turn... the ride had made him dizzy. He stumbled then righted himself again.
“That was fun!” yelled Rita.
“You can say that again,” Sakura shouted cheerfully.
The park had gotten louder with the coming of more people.
“Lets go to the zipper next!!” Nikki tried again.
“No, let’s go to the Merry-go-round!!”
“What about the roller coaster!!” The group started to fight.
Sakura took it upon herself to stop it. “Hey, why don’t we split up and go on the rides we want and in case we get lost or something happens or we want to go we’ll then meet back here. But we should stay in partners. How does that sound?” She reasoned.
“Ya okay!” replied everyone. And with that being said everyone partnered up and went their own seperate ways, the only two left were Li and Sakura. “I geuss we’re partners, Li,” Sakura said cheerfully. All Li could do was blush. “So what do you wanna do next, Li? I kinda wanna go on the Ferris wheel. How about you?”
“Y... y... ya, s... sure.” Li blushed for the millionth time that day. “Alright, lets go..... Wait, Li. Are you ok? You look like to have a fever?” She looked worried at him and instinctivly reached up and placed the back of her hand on his forehead. His eyes went wide with shock. “Oh ugh.... ya, I’m OK. Let’s go to the Ferris wheel.”
“Alright, lets go!!” Sakura turned on her heal grabbed his hand and pulled the blushing Li along with her, her auburn hair fluttering behind her.
Finnally after finding their way through the maze of the crowds they arrived at the Ferris wheel. Unfortunatly, there was a line but it was short. “We’ll have to wait in line for a while, Li,” Sakura said a ittle disappointed. She turned her starry emerald eyes towards the top of the Ferris wheel. Li also watched the Ferris wheel but he was not looking at it more than he was thinking about what Madison said. “you know this would be a really good time to tell her, Li.” He thought, well maybe I should tell her my feelings for her... but what if she rejects my feelings for her or what if by any chance I hurt her feelings....or... “LI..... LI... C’mon, we have to get in now!!” Sakura yelled as she once again dragged him (again) onto the Ferris wheel, the person opened the door and let them go in before closing it. Li sat down opposite to Sakura, who sat on her knees gaping out the window with complete awwe. Li smiled at the cute sight Saura made. (A/N: YA YOU HEARD ME HE SMILED... RARE RIGHT?) Finally, the ride started to move. Startled, Li grabbed the edged of his seat for support. Li is acting really weird, I wonder if he’s sick?
“Li are you okay, you really do look sick.”
Li looked up. Her giant emerald eyes cast a worried glance at him and for a moment, amber met emerald.
“You know this would be a really good time to tell her, Li.” Madison’s voice kept repeating itself over and over again. It was almost torture.
“Li?” She tried again.
Madison’s right... I geuss... but what if I hurt her feelings....I HAVE TO... TELL HER I LOVE HER BEFORE SOMETHING ELSE HAPPENS... like when Sakura went to give Julian the bear she made him and it grew huge and started to attack them... I need her to know that if something like that happens again she can count on me to be right by her side, all the way to the very end.

“To the very end huh? Interesting....”
~*~*~*~In the Ferris Wheel~*~*~*~*~
Well, here it goes... I hope I don’t hurt her or I will jump right out of this...... ride thing... and kill myself. I’ll just be straight forward... Sakura, I love you.
“Li, are you ok!!!” Sakura was shaking him by the shoulders gently.
“Sakura?”
“Are you okay? I was talking to you and you wouldn’t respond; i was so scared...”
Li just sat there... shocked... he had scared her... the one thing he had dreaded most of all.
“Y... ya, I... I’m okay........................... I’m sorry if I scared you.....” Li said, he sounded as if he was about to cry.
I scared her... I scared her... I never wanted this to happen... ever....
“It’s okay, Li, but you look different today. Sort of strange, like you have something on your mind...”
Damn it, am I that obvious? She looks so worried.... My heart feels like it’s constructing and my stomach churns whenever I see her like this... Why can’t I tell her that I love her, I was brave enough to stand up to the Clow Cards. Why can’t I be brave enough to tell Sakura I love her... which means I’m a.... coward!! I will not be a coward I will make myself heard even if it takes all I’ve got.
“Sakura... I... I...”
“Yes, Li. I’m here. Are you okay?”
“Sakura... I... I... luh-”
“You what? Li, it’s okay you can tell me.”
Li was about to try again when the ride gave a hurtling jolt that sent Sakura and Li flying to the side of the wall. With lightning fast speed he caught Sakura before she hit. He held her in his arms as he sunk down to his knees using his body for a sheild. Sakura looked up to see Li glancng about angrily, until he looked down at Sakura... her emerald eyes twinkling as she started to cry. Li couldn’t stand it he held her even tighter and stroked the back of her head.
“It’s gonna be okay I promise you.” Then as Li’s calming words ended and tremendous cracks and bangs could be heard... then it happened the glass in the windows of the Ferris wheel car broke into millions of peices and violently crashed to the floor. Li saw it coming and pushed Sakura to the ground and lay on top of her shielding her from the sharp glass that fell like razor rain. Li shouted in pain as glass cut the side of his face and the back of his head and neck. Sakura screamed and screamed.
What is happening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my god, Li’s hurt. Why is the glass breaking... Li... oh no........
When the glass stopped falling they listened but couldn’t beleive what they were hearing. People were screameing and explosions were heard... but not something blowing up... they were more like.... GUNSHOTS!!!!!!!!!
“Stay on the floor I’m gonna take a look,” Li commanded and left Sakura’s tight embrace and stood in the car and looked at the chaos outside.
MEN... but not any men they had black uniforms like... troops. Screames of people coming from all directions. The men in uniforms each had huge guns... each the lenght of his arm. He watched as these men shot everything in sight. People lay with gunshot wounds... even... children... these men they are evil, digusting, killing innocent people. One man grabbed a man opperating one of the game booths, put the gun to his head and pull the trigger. [Yuki Neco: Here was written the description of the result, but sorry I guess I should censor it out...] No, they’re not men, they’re monsters. Screams continued filling the air. Another man ran out from behind a booth and placed himself in front of a lady with a baby. One of the monsters swung his gun like a sword and struck the brave man in the side. The man winced but did not move then the monster swung higher and hit the man in the head knocking him out. Li could not believe what he saw. This savageness, it’s like a night mare... oh no... Madison and the rest of them... we have to get them.
The insanity was more than he could bear... a small tear passed down his cheek. He turned around to find Sakura curled up in a ball crying uncontrollably.
“Sakura...... I know this is hard but your gonna have to use your magic...” Sakura just stared at him shaking and yelled.
“Li, your face!!!”
Li could not help forgetting he had a small river of blood running down his left cheek.
“It’s alright. I’ll be okay but I need you to help me. We need to save Madison and the others. Do you think you can do that?” Li asked as calm as he could trying to erase the images he saw just moments ago. Li outstretched his hand to help her. Sakura looked at the hand and nodded. She let Li help her to her feet but as soon as she saw what was happening she screamed and tears streamed out of her eyes.
“MADISON!!!!!!!!!” She cried and fell onto Li sobbing uncontrollably. Li hugged back tightly because he too was scared.
“It’s okay... We’ll find her okay?” Sakura again nodded. Li let go of Sakura’s tight embrace and tried to open the door.
NO!!! ITS STUCK!!! WERE ALSO STILL THIRTY FEET IN THE AIR... WE’LL HAVE TO FLY TO GET OUT OF HERE BUT I DON’T KNOW IF SAKURA IS UP TO IT... I KNOW I’LL KICK DOWN THE DOOR!!!!
Li started violently kicking the door again and again...
OH MY GOD... MADISON... NIKKI... CHELSEA... ZACH... RITA, WHAT IF THEY’RE... WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE DOING THIS... IT’S A NIGHTMARE COME TRUE....... THE NIGHT MARE.........MY DREAM!!!
A final blow from Li successfully managed to kick open the door. Sakura knew what she must do. She ran to the door and released the wand.
“Key of the star with powers burning bright, reveal the staff and shine your light... RELEASE!!!!”
“FLY CARD, RELEASE!!!” Suddenly the magic star staff grew wings as she and Li jumped on the end, and soared away from the Ferris wheel. Fear consumed Sakura and Li as they realized that there friends might be... gone...
I CAN GET US THROUGH THIS IF I JUST THINK CLEARLY............. I REMEMBER!!! I TOLD EVERY ONE THAT IF ANYTHING WENT WRONG WE WOULD MEET AT THE TEACUP RIDE!!!
“Li, remember I told everyone about meeting us back at the teacups!!!” Sakura shouted panickily.
“Go for it,” Li cried. Blood dripped from his face and down to the gory seen below... It was like World War III... Men in black uniforms slaughtering innocent people... not just people... parents and children and husbands and wives. Suddenly, they heard a swoosh as a bullet flew right by them. Li looked down in panic.... a man in a black uniform no older than 19 had spotted them and was shooting. Sakura screamed a scream so horrible that even Li winced. Li had only one thought in his mind now.... FIGHT BACK.
Li pulled out his sword and odifous and chanted. “Force know my plight, RELEASE THE LIGHT!!! LIGHTNING!!” With that a bolt of electricity flew at the speed of light towards the man hitting him dead on. He fell to the ground wounded but not dead. “LIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!” Sakura screamed as they flew through the air. “It’s okay just keep going and hold on!!!!” Li screamed back. I have to keep her calm... if she panics we’ll fall from the sky or get shot down... why is this happening...?
GOTTA STAY CALM GOTTA STAY CALM... *sob* ... WE HAVE TO SAVE MADISON AND THE OTHERS BEFORE... THEY’RE................ NO, DON’T THINK THAT. YOU CAN GET YOURSELF THROUGH THIS IF YOU JUST THINK CLEARLY.......................
“Is that it!!” Li yelled pointing down. Sakura looked down. Indeed it was the teacup rides... Then she saw them... Nikki, Rita, Chelsea, Zach, and Madison..... they were crying and then she saw why.
“They’re being surounded!!!!” shouted Li pointing to cicrcle of men in black uniforms surrounding them.
“Oh no!!!!!!!!! Madison......” Sakura screamed and hung her head low as if she failed.
“Sakura!!! there’s still time we can do it!!” Li cried. Li is right. I can do this... I have to save Maddson and the others. I’ll have to use my magic... but what if Nikki and the others see? Oh no, I never thought about that before...
“Li, what if Rita and the others see?”
“Then....... you’ll have to earase there memory!!!” he yelled back. “But right now we need to cocentrate on getting them and us out of here!!!”
“Right!” Saukra suddenly leaned forward, causing them to do a striaght down ward swoop. As they neared the ground the men raised there guns and took aim on the defenseless band of children.
“Aaaaaaaaaaah!” screamed Madison.
“We’re gonna die... oh my god....” Chelsea cried into Zach’s chest as he held her tightly.
The men were about to pull the trigger when a blast of lightning paralyzed them causeing them to fall to their knees simultaniuosly.
“S-SAKURA!!!” Nikki cryed pointing to Li and Sakura landing. Madison ran to Sakura who cried in each others arms... Until a man in a black uniform spotted them... he aimed and just as he was about to shoot Li jumped in front of the distraught girls and used his sword to send a lightning bolt directly at him... and directly at him it went hitting the man in the stomach, he too like all the others who dared to hurt Sakura while Li was near fell to the ground.
“Aaaaaaaaaah!” Rita screamed at the sight.
“Come on, we have to get out of here,” Li yelled. Screames could be heard everywhere... people... either mortally wounded or dead littered the ground. [Yuki Neco: A distressful description was written here, but let me sensor it out...] Suddenly there was a rumbling off to Li’s right. The girls: sensing danger huddled together in a big hug, crying and weeping. Zachery came and stood beside Li hoping to protect them from whatever was making the rumbling noise.
It got closer.................. and closer.................... and then the source of the noise revaled itself...... a large blue minivan sped over the horizon with lightning fast speed.
That van, it looks so firmiliar but.....where have I seen it before?........where?
Then the minivan was riddled with dents, scratches and in someplaces the metal was cut and pulled back.
Then the driver came into view.....
“Tori?........” Sakura whispered.
Li looked to her then back to the minivan speeding towards them. The driver had dark almost black hair, long face and a pair of angry chocolate brown eyes. Sakura was right, Tori was the driver of the speeding minivan. I’m coming, Sakura... don’t worry I’m coming... Tori thought as he came to a screeching halt about 3 meters in front of Li protecting the screaming girls. Tori jumped out of the van.
“Everybody, in!!” he yelled as he ran for his sister. All the girls (still sobbing uncantrollably) clumsily stood and numbly ran to the van. Tori turnned to find a man in a black uniform pointing his gun at him from about a meter away. With one fair swing of Li’s sword he cut the gun into two large pieces. The man, defenssless, backed away, then turned into a dead run. Tori just stared at Li with a kind of gratitude. After all the girls had huddled themselves into the back of the van, Li, Zach, and Tori jumped in and Tori stepped on the gas with all his strength. Li looked back at the girls who were in the very back of the van (the third back seat had been taken out), then he saw Sakura and Madison on there knees like everyone else. They looked terrified, sad, relieved and hurt all at once. The minivan gave many bumps and jerks as they flew through the narrow rows of used-to-be games and rides. The games were destroyed, torn apart and in some cases leveled to the ground. Li looked back at Sakura and Madison. So without a single second thought he climbed back to the five huddling crying girls.
“Is everyone okay?” He asked in the most soothing voice he could conjure up. Rita looked up... teary eyed and nodded... A minute later Madison, Nikki and Chelsea did the same but Sakura kept crying. Li, seeing Sakura’s behavior... crawled over, trying to keep his balance in the bouncing minivan. He put his hand on her shoulder.
“Are you okay, Sakura?” He tried in another soothing voice. She sat still for a few minutes... then with lightning fast speed she wrapped her aremes around his neck and cried into him heavily. Tori saw what was happening in the rear-view mirror he got so distracted by his little sister and the brat that he almost didn’t here. Zachery who had yelled “Watch out!” from the pasenger’s seat. Tori looked back and swerved just in time to avoide hitting the Ferris wheel. Everyone in the van flew to one side but Nikki, closest to the window was thrown to the window and on top of that four other girls flew onto her.
“Aaaaaahh... my head!!” She yelled out in pain. Sakura looked from Li who was blushing slightly over to the injured Nikki.
“Are... are... you... *sniff* ... okay, Nikki?” She managed to blurt out. Nikki looked up as the crying girls slid off her. Sakura could see that her glasses had fallen off and she had a small cut above her right eye. The blood trickled down her face. The site of blood terrified Sakura just as it did with Li........ Li seeing the concern in Sakura’s face, crawled over to Nikki and picked up her glasses. The glasses had a big crack in them but it would have to do and he handed them to her. Rita too crawled over to the injured Nikki and took her in her arms... she wiped Nikki’s messy hair out of her face and the sat like that for a while. Then Chelsea, Madison and Sakura came to and once again they became huddled in the back seat. Li looked out the window to see just what he had seen as he looked out the window of the Ferris wheel.
Chaos. The men in uniforms still destroying everything in sight, killing innocent people and animals which had been brought to the fair now ran wild without owners or anyway of escaping the slaughter field.
This is disgusting; it’s like World War III out there. WHO WOULD EVER DO THIS...and im powerless to stop it........ I feel so worthlessly pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
“Oh god,” Zach said under his breath. The girls and Li looked up in surprise. Zach just stared straight ahead out of the windshield... not even blinking. Li traced his eye line and realized why. The gate of the park was closed and it was the only way out. Men in black unforms stood in front, daring them the drive another centimeter.
“Damnit” Tori yelled angrilly.
“W-what’s g-going on...?” Stammered Rita. Li looked down on her and said sympathetically.
“The gates are closed...”
“Oh no, how are we gonna get out?” Chelsea whispered softly.
But Tori still getting closer and closer to the giant metal bar gates.
“Tori, I think you should slow down.” Zach said in a small voice. But Tori ingnored, instead, he went faster. They were now about 100 feet from the gaurded gates.
“Tori, please slow down...” Zach trailed off.
Chelsea, Rita, and Nikki all screamed in unison as they realized that they were about to crash through the monstrous gates of Tomeoda amusment park. Li sat in the back with gritted teeth ready for whatever harm may come to them.
50 feet from the gates.
40 feet.
30 feet.
20 feet.
Finnally, they were at the last 10 feet. The men gaurding the gates dove out of the way of the speeding minivan. Then it struck. Li knew because the full weight of the metal bars came screaming down upon then making identifiable dents in the roof. Sakura screamed. Madison screamed. Nikki screamed. Rita screamed. Chelsea screamed. Zachery and Tori screamed... But Li couldn’t hear anything it was all slow motion to him.
Suddenly, they burst throught the gates. The metal bars smashed through the windows causing glass to fall like rain. Li again attemted to try and use his body for a sheild but the glass window shattered all around him. The girls screamed even louder in pain. Li again was cut and slashed trying to save Sakura and her friends. This time glass cut at his sweater like scissors leaving slash marks the skin underneath. Li sunk to his knees in pain. He sat like that for a few minutes, listening to the screames of Sakura and her friends. The glass had stopped falling but the screaming had not. But they were out of the park.
Finally, we escaped this nightmare... I feel like I’ve been cut into pieces... At least the nightmare is over...
